Flow through a sequence of poses to challenge your muscles and invigorate your mind. A regular yoga practice will help transform both your mind and body ultimately helping you find an inner calmness/peace, enhance your balance and stability, and leave you feeling stronger and more centered.
High Intensity Interval Training. This high intensity interval training class will keep you coming back for more! HIIT is a type of cardio training in which you alternate short, very high intensity intervals with longer, slower intervals to recover. Intermediate levels; preferred, all moves may be modified for beginners!
