CycleFit-45 (Wed. 25 Nov, 2015 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm)

45 minutes of indoor cycling. Experience a variety of terrains while our instructors take you through this fun and exciting session!


Zumba (Wed. 25 Nov, 2015 12:30 pm - 1:15 pm)

Enjoy this “feel good” workout for all fitness levels. Move and groove with choreographed aerobic style dance workouts. No dance experience needed!

Yoga (Wed. 25 Nov, 2015 4:15 pm - 5:00 pm)

Flow through a sequence of poses to challenge your muscles and invigorate your mind. A regular yoga practice will help transform both your mind and body ultimately helping you find an inner calmness/peace, enhance your balance and stability, and leave you feeling stronger and more centered.

Cardio Core (Wed. 25 Nov, 2015 5:15 pm - 6:00 pm)

A mix of cardio a long with serious core exercises. This class will give you the abs you have been dreaming for and more.
