High energy class focusing on the benefits of interval training, such as increased metabolism and fat burn! Participants will be encouraged to step up the intensity a few notches in this equipment-free workout using body weight exercises only. Workouts can be modified to fit all fitness levels.

Creating High Achievement in Mathematics and Problem Solving (CHAMPS) is a Mathematics and Science Partnership (MSP) project funded by the Mississippi Department of Education. Mississippi University for Women and the Mississippi School for Mathematics and Science are committed to partnering with 18 high needs school districts to improve middle school student achievement and teacher quality in mathematics.
The goal of the CHAMPS Project is to improve middle school student achievement and teacher quality in mathematics through a sustained program of professional development for 4th-8th grade teachers based on Common Core mathematics content, teaching strategies, and data coaching.
