Director of Housing & Residence Life
Andrew is a native of Knoxville, TN. He received his bachelor's degree in Business Management from Tennessee Tech University in 2004 and also received his master's degree in Instructional Leadership from Tennessee Tech University in 2011. Before coming to the W, Andrew was a Resident Assistant for one year, Hall Director for 2 years, and an Area Coordinator for 9 years with Tennessee Tech University.
Assistant Director for Housing Services
Nakikke Wallace-Johnson is a native of Baldwyn, MS. She received an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Northeast Mississippi Community College. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science with a minor in English from Delta State University. Nakikke obtained her Master's degree in Secondary Education and an additional bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.
Residence Director for North Campus
Glen is a Columbus, MS native and a member of The Long Blue Line. He graduated from The W with a Bachelor's in English wtih a concentration in Creative Writing. During his time at The W, Glen was a very involved campus employee who served as a Customer Service Representative, Intramural Sport Supervisor, Referee, Writing Center Tutor, Resident Assistant, and Summer Conference Advisor. Glen joined Housing and Residence Life's professional staff in August 2015.
Residence Hall Director for Kincannon Hall
Jennifer is a native of Sterling Heights, Michigan. She has a Bachelor's of Arts and Science degree in English with a minor in Psychology from Western Michigan University. Jennifer graduated from Mississippi State University, where she also worked as a Residence Director for two years. She spent a year at the University of Southern Mississippi as a Residence Life Coordinator before joining Mississippi University of Women as Residence Director.
Residence Director for Jones Hall
Dayla is from Pomfret, MD. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Spanish from Roanoke College in Salem, VA. While studying at Roanoke College she worked as a Resident Advisor and also within Student Activities in Event Planning. Dayla joined Mississippi University for Women in 2014.
International Student Services
William "Billy" Simmons is a native of New Berlin, Wisconsin. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Political Science from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2011. While at UW-Whitewater, William was an active campus leader participating in a wide array of organizations and committees. In his free time, William can be found cheering for all teams in Wisconsin, particularly the Green Bay Packers. His office is located in 407 Cochran Hall, please feel free to come by and "Hi!"
Rachel Clair Franklin
Rachel Clair is a native of Madison, Mississippi. She is a graduate of MUW where she received her Bachelor of Art degree in Psychology. Rachel Clair also received her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health from Mississippi State University. She is approved by the National Board for Certified Counselors to practice as a Nationally Certified Counselor.
Craig is a Licensed Professional Counselor who received a Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from The University of Southern Mississippi. Craig received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mississippi State University. Craig's clinical experience has allowed him to provide mental health services to individuals of various cultural, religious, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Craig strives to assist individuals in understanding themselves and empower them to find the resources within themselves to live a healthy and balanced life.
