Addressing Incoming Mail

All incoming mail should be addressed as follows:

(Your Name)
1100 College Street
MUW-(Your Box Number)*
Columbus, MS 39701-5800

*The Box Number is the most important part of the address.  Without this number there is an increase in the time to look up each and every box number for mail that comes in.  This problem causes a delay in the processing of your incoming mail.

Express Mail

When Express Mail is received at Bluecutt, it is stamped with Angenette Butler's signature, not her actual signature. Once the Express Mail makes it to campus, Angenette and the driver verify the mail, sign it in and then the mail is placed in the appropriate box.
