This high intensity/functional strength training workout will utilize free weights and machines, concluding the workout with manic cardio intervals to slim and tone your body. A complete body workout combining varying elements of strength, functional training, cardio, core work, and FUN!Boot camp is designed to motivate and energize you as you succeed in reaching your fitness goals.
