Class Descriptions

Cardio Mix: Get ready to mix it up with a variety of aerobic workouts, abs and intense stretching.

Cycle: This 45 minute cycle class is all about cardio fitness. Beginners are welcome.

HIIT: This high intensity interval training class will keep you coming back for more! Intermediate levels; preferred, all moves may be modified for beginners!

Yoga: Flow through a sequence of poses to challenge your muscles and invigorate your mind. Experience mind, body, and spirit wellness with deep breathing techniques.

Yogalates: Unique combination of Yoga and Pilates.

POUND: POUND is a 45 minute group fitness class that combines cardio, strength training and pilates with drumming to achieve a full-body workout. Using lightly weighted drumsticks, Ripstix™, participants can expect to burn between 500-900 calories per class and will be performing over 15,000 reps per session!

Zumba®: Enjoy this “feel good” workout for all fitness levels. Move and groove with choreographed aerobic style dance workouts. No dance experience needed!
